Every high-risk, violent, and volatile call starts in patrol, and has a high likelihood of erupting into chaos before SWAT is on scene, or even activated. Patrol officers are the first to arrive on scene when the chaos is at or is escalating to its peak, and are expected to perform at their highest levels to achieve a successful resolution.

We understand that patrol personnel doesn't receive nearly the amount of specialized or advanced training like many of the tactical teams or SWAT Teams do in this nation. This may be for a variety of reasons outside of the control of line-level officers such as budget, man-power, or just little to no down time on shifts to train simply because of how busy things get out there.

At Provision, we are dedicated to providing that time and opportunity to bridge that training gap between tactical teams and patrol at affordable pricing. This doesn't mean we are here to teach patrol officers how to form an ad-hoc SWAT Team with their shift or empower a belief they can become a Sniper or HRT element when things erupt.

We are simply here to bring patrol officers up to higher performing levels and drive home foundational skills, tactics and principles that are all within the scope of duties and capabilities of a modern day patrol officer. All high performing officers simply excel greatly at the basic fundamental principles or skill-sets in all categories of this job, which makes them very effective and efficient at their duties. Every officer who comes though our courses will sharpen these foundational skills, and increase their critical thinking to higher levels before leaving and become at least 1% better that day.

All of our classes are intentionally limited to 5-10 officers (size of a patrol team at most agencies) to receive the individualized training, get the repetitions officers crave, and have much more time to become familiar with how effective small team tactics can be in bad situations.
