Introduction to Low Power Variable Optics

This introductory course provides patrol officers and administrators eye opening knowledge to make a better-informed decision when choosing the proper LPVO for their patrol rifle. The course is specifically tailored to patrol personnel who are interested in not only learning how to effectively utilize their LPVO in operational settings, but also help establish an LPVO program within their agencies by diving deep into the whys and methodologies behind magnified optics.

Topics include the overview and benefits for patrol use, mounting and zeroing procedures, showing speed capabilities on 1x, proper use of magnification under stress, P.I.D. workshops, barricade and supported shooting techniques while in unconventional shooting positions and marksmanship fundamentals out to intermediate distances.

Application of Technology in Tactical Environments (CA POST PENDING)

We have partnered with Blue Tactical Technology to bring this course to your agency.

Blue Tactical Technology is owned and operated by a full-time SEB Deputy in the largest county in the United States. As a team, they average over 300 operations per year, with a heavy emphasis on the use of modern technology to achieve safe and successful resolutions to their operations.

With the evolving world of technology now being utilized in modern day policing, we see the need for a course that can assist officers in how to leverage the use of technology to enhance the safety of the public as well as officers in tactical environments. This includes, but not limited to drones, robots and cameras.

This course will demonstrate to officers how effective technology can be used as a force multiplier, de-escalation tool, and used in conjunction with other tools and tactics for a peaceful resolution to a complex problem. Furthermore, officers will learn how to critically think with a tactical mindset while operating technology devices versus just relaying information to their team what they are simply seeing on a two dimensional screen.

Real-time intelligence drives a successful mission.

Patrol Rifle Capabilities

Advanced Patrol Tactics (AZ POST CERTIFIED)

This course is designed to show patrol officers the capabilities of their patrol rifle in realistic (non-flat range) environments and scenario training.

Expect the day to be split with some live fire and force on force exercises that are developed around realistic distance engagements (residences, backyard/field searches etc.), unconventional shooting positions, deployment expectations, and situations where a patrol rifle will be deployed. Some methodologies taught in this course stem from basic sniper TTP's as this platform can be utilized at intermediate distances.

If you're deploying a patrol rifle on a call for service, it must be a bad situation or have the high likelihood of becoming very bad, very quickly.

We believe you should not only know how to shoot your rifle, know all the ins and outs of it, but also possess the mindset and tactics behind each deployment and be comfortable articulating your why behind this piece of equipment on the stand.

This is not a gunfighting or performance shooting course. You should already posses those fundamental skill-sets with your patrol rifle before attending this course.

Advanced Patrol Tactics (AZ POST CERTIFIED)

Advanced Patrol Tactics (AZ POST CERTIFIED)

We have partnered with Valor Threat Protection and Grayman Defense Consulting to bring this multi-day course to CA.

Valor and Grayman are owned and operated by two full-time Mesa Arizona SWAT Officers who are now assigned to their agency's training bureau.

Originally developed by Valor and Grayman, they saw the same problem we did at Provision; a training disconnect between tactical teams and patrol officers.

Are patrol officers equipped and prepared for the unknown before SWAT arrives on scene?

This flagship course focuses on fundamental tactics, techniques, procedures and principles, while enhancing the critical thinking it takes during high-risk situations for patrol officers.

Officers will leave this course enhancing their knowledge in building searches, high-risk vehicle stops, breaching, planning and forming immediate action teams, crisis entries, active shooter response, and exercising their critical thinking skills within small team environments.

1.5 hours "Quick n' Dirty" Carbine Fundamentals

Limited on time and just want to get some quick reps in at the range while training with a purpose?

We understand the busy schedules everyone has, especially on your days off. So, we developed a, "Quick n' Dirty" range session to simply just get those reps in. Compare this to gym facility/program that you get in, do work for an hour or two, and get out.

This is a short yet productive program focuses just on fundamental shooting skills while pushing your speed in a controlled manner.

Expect a quick safety brief, warm up exercise, a walk through and break down of a course of fire, then performing on demand in front of a small group of other students to add some pressure.

Excellence is better achieved in uncomfortable environments.

With our courses being limited to only 5-10 students, this gives everyone a personal one on one coaching experience from our instructors to address individual deficiencies and still have time for reps to achieve personal excellence.
